GDPR Notice (EEA / UK)
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and describes your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.
Controller
CrezamCreative Tech Private Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in our Privacy Policy.
Lawful bases
We process your personal data on the following lawful bases: your consent (for the newsletter); our legitimate interests and pre-contract steps taken at your request (to respond to your demo and contact requests); and our legitimate interest in maintaining security (for security data).
Your rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@crezam.com.
International transfers
We are based in India and process personal data there. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by law.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concern first — please contact privacy@crezam.com.
