Our role

CrezamCreative Tech Private Limited acts as a Data Fiduciary in respect of the personal data described in our Privacy Policy.

Consent and purpose

We collect and process your personal data for the specific purposes set out in our Privacy Policy — chiefly to respond to your demo and contact requests, to send you a newsletter you have subscribed to, and to keep our services secure. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to: access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it; request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data; nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and seek grievance redressal.

Grievance redressal

If you have a grievance about how we handle your personal data, you can contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@crezam.com. We will acknowledge and address your grievance within the timelines required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
