What is ZAM?
ZAM is an AI digital adoption platform built by Crezam. It lives inside your software and guides employees through any workflow by voice, in real time, on their actual screen. It works on the tools you build and the tools you buy, and it needs no content team to set up walkthroughs for every screen.
What is a digital adoption platform?
A digital adoption platform (DAP) is software that helps people use other software — through in-app guidance, walkthroughs and help. Traditional DAPs like WalkMe and Whatfix rely on hand-built tooltips. ZAM is an AI-native DAP: it understands the live screen and guides people without anyone building tooltips first.
How is ZAM different from WalkMe, Whatfix or Pendo?
Those platforms need a content team to hand-build tooltips for every screen, and those tooltips break when the software updates. ZAM understands the live screen, so there's nothing to author and nothing to maintain. It also works on third-party tools you didn't build, via a managed browser extension.
How is ZAM different from ChatGPT or Gemini?
General AI assistants live in a separate browser tab and can't see what you're doing unless you manually share your screen. ZAM lives inside the workflow — it understands the screen you're on and guides you there, in the tool, by voice.
Does ZAM work on software we didn't build?
Yes. For third-party tools — a SaaS HR system, a CRM, a ticketing tool — ZAM rolls out as a managed browser extension that IT deploys to staff, with no access to the vendor's code needed. For your own apps and internal tools, ZAM drops in as a lightweight SDK.
Do our employees have to install anything?
On your own apps, no — ZAM is built in. On third-party tools, IT rolls out a managed browser extension once, centrally. There's no per-person setup either way.
Which software does ZAM work with?
Any software. ZAM works across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365, HR systems, internal portals and custom or legacy tools. It's built to work on any tool your people use.
How long does ZAM take to set up?
Most teams are live in days, not months. Because ZAM doesn't need per-screen walkthroughs built by hand before you start, setup is dramatically faster than traditional adoption platforms.
Does ZAM need content authors like WalkMe does?
No. The biggest hidden cost of traditional adoption platforms is the team that builds and maintains tooltips. ZAM removes that cost — your experts set up guidance for key workflows in a simple studio, and ZAM handles the rest.
What happens when our software updates?
ZAM adapts. Traditional tooltips break when a screen changes and have to be rebuilt by hand. Because ZAM understands the live screen, its guidance keeps working through updates.
Is ZAM secure and compliant?
Yes. ZAM is built for enterprise use and aligned with India's DPDP Act and the EU's GDPR. It only ever works with the information it needs to guide the user, and your data handling and retention can be configured to your requirements. For regulated environments, talk to us about deployment options that keep everything inside your network.
Can ZAM run inside our own network?
Yes. For regulated industries — banking, insurance, healthcare, defence — ZAM can be deployed so that data stays inside your environment. Talk to us about the right setup for your compliance needs.
How much does ZAM cost?
ZAM is priced on usage and scale, with no per-screen authoring fees and no per-person licences to manage. Pricing is tailored to your stack and rollout. Book a demo for a quote that fits your environment.
