Why we started this.
Software keeps getting more powerful and harder to use. Every enterprise runs dozens of tools, each with its own quirks, and every new hire has to learn all of them from scratch. The old fix — build a tooltip for every screen — never kept up, because the software always changes faster than the tooltips.
So we built something that doesn't need the tooltips. ZAM understands the screen and the work, and guides people through any tool in real time. It's a digital adoption platform for the way software actually behaves: always changing, always growing.
AI isn't replacing people. Inefficiency is.
The bottleneck in most companies isn't talent or information — it's the friction between a capable person and the software in front of them. Close that gap and people do their best work. That's the whole thesis behind ZAM.
