1. How do I evaluate a large talent pool?

With our Candidate Mass Import(CMI) feature, you can upload a CSV file of candidates. Our platform will contact the relevant candidates and invite them to join the assessments.

2. How do I invite candidates to apply for a job?

After posting a job on Crezam, you can invite candidates by sharing the unique job link available on the Job Description page. Simply click "Share" to copy the link.

3. Is there a limit to the number of candidates who can apply for a job?

There’s no limit to the number of applicants for a job. However, after candidates are ranked by their Competency Score, the top 30 candidates will proceed to the interview round.

4. How many candidates can I interview on Crezam?

For a single job posting, you can interview between 30 and 500 candidates. For larger requirements, please contact our Business Team for an Enterprise Plan.

5. Can I use Crezam only for interviews?

Yes, you can! You can book AI interviews for a minimum of 20 candidates.

6. Can I customize my job posting?

Absolutely. With an Enterprise Listing, you can customize questions, interview blueprints, and task rounds. For a fully tailored Hiring Suite, please contact our Business Team to explore Enterprise Plan

7. Does Crezam have its own candidate pool or database?

Not at the moment. Currently, we focus on helping you evaluate and hire from your own candidate pool. However, we’re actively working on building a qualified talent database to offer in the near future.

Crezam provides recruiters with in-depth insights and reports on candidates, going beyond resumes to assess their skills, strengths, and areas of improvement. This hiring intelligence helps companies make informed decisions and empowers candidates with actionable feedback.
